Chelsea's Champion Chili

Fall weather has officially arrived in NC, which means chilly temps + chili season! This white, cheesy chili will have your friends + family asking for seconds!

Total time: 10 mins



1 pound ground turkey

1-8 oz cream cheese

1 can corn

1 can black beans

1 can Rotel (mild or medium)

1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

1 tsp cumin



Brown turkey meat in pot. Melt down cream cheese in turkey meat. Add all other ingredients + mix. Cool on low for 10 mins before serving. Top with favorite chili toppings. Serve with love. Enjoy!
